Terms & Conditions – Styles By Rica

Welcome to Styles By Rica (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services & Products

Styles By Rica offers:

  • Custom T-shirt design and printing 

  • Custom business cards and printed materials

  • Logo and branding design services

  • Ready-made products for sale (shirts, accessories, etc.)

All descriptions, images, and pricing are intended to be accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or change prices at any time.

2. Custom Orders & Final Sale

  • Custom and personalized items (T-shirts, business cards, logos, etc.) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order is confirmed.

  • Please double-check all personalization details (names, spellings, logos, colors) before submitting your order.

  • For logo or design services, proofs will be provided for approval. Once approved, the order is final.

3. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • We accept all payment methods listed at checkout.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking information will be provided when applicable.

5. Revisions

  • Custom design services include a limited number of revisions:

    • Logos: [e.g., 2–3 revisions]

    • Business cards: [e.g., 2 revisions]

    • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and graphics created by Styles By Rica are the intellectual property of Styles By Rica.

  • Customers may use custom logos/business card designs for personal or business use only. Reselling or redistributing our designs without permission is prohibited.

  • Uploading logos or materials for customization must not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Styles By Rica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

  • While we strive for accuracy and quality, we are not responsible for errors in submitted customer content (e.g., typos in names or logos).

8. Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

9. Governing Law
