Returns & Refunds Policy

At Styles By Rica, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom products and designs for each of our customers. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized items — including but not limited to:

  • Custom T-shirts

  • Personalized business cards

  • Logos & branding designs

  • Any product customized with names, photos, logos, or text

are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been confirmed. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.


Non-Custom Items (Standard Products)

For non-custom items purchased from our store:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  2. We will review your claim and, if approved, either:

    • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a full refund for the item


Order Cancellations

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
